    Privacy Policy

    Last updated: March 2026

    1. Information We Collect

intDrop collects minimal data. When you create a drop, we store the content you share (text, files, or code) temporarily on our servers. If you create an account, we store your email address and authentication details.

    2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the intDrop service — enabling real-time sharing between devices. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

    3. Data Retention

Drops are ephemeral. Free drops expire after 15 minutes and are automatically deleted. Pro users may have extended retention based on their plan. We do not store drop content beyond its expiration.

    4. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. Password-protected drops are hashed and cannot be read by our team. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

    5. Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics (gtag.js) solely to measure aggregate website traffic — such as page views and visitor counts. We do not use this data for advertising, user profiling, or retargeting.

    Analytics cookies:

    • _ga — Distinguishes unique visitors. Expires after 2 years.
    • _gid — Distinguishes unique visitors. Expires after 24 hours.

    Functional cookies:

    • sidebar:state — Stores your sidebar preference.

    6. Contact
